Getting on the ballot – ballot access requirements:

• Candidates must have petitions completed by the filing period for all candidates – mid to late May
• MN State Representative or Senator = 500 signatures in a two week period
• US Congress or Sentate = 1000 signatures in a two week period
• State Executive (Governor, Sec of State) = 1000 signatures in a two week period
• Presidential = 2000 signatures
